Returns & Exchanges

All orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified (product, color, size, delivery address, etc.). Once payment is validated, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation to ensure prompt shipping. If you wish to return all or part of your order once received, please follow the return procedure below.

What are the return conditions?

  • Returns are free. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging, in good condition. They must have their original tags and sealed security cords (zip tie). Items returned damaged, soiled, or without original tags and sealed security cords will not be accepted.
  • Latex items cannot be returned if they have been worn, washed, or treated with any product.
  • For hygiene reasons, nipple covers cannot be returned. If the packaging is opened, stockings, tights, socks, candles, and masks cannot be returned.
  • Gift boxes are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Maison Close reserves the right not to refund items if any of the above conditions are not met.
If an item is non-refundable according to our return policy, we may return it to you at your expense.


How to make a return?

  • Have your order number ready, starting with #MC. You can find it in your Maison Close account or in the order confirmation email you received. Make sure to include the # symbol when entering it into our system.
  • Click the button below. You will be redirected to our returns management platform. Follow the instructions.

  • Return the package.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your package is received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

You will receive an email when your return is received, followed by a second email once your refund has been issued.


Can I make an exchange?

We do not offer exchanges on our site. If you need a different size, model, or color, please initiate a return and place a new order on our website.


One of my products is defective. What should I do?

If you notice a defect in one of your items within 14 days of receiving your package, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service via email with your order number and details of the defective item. Please include photos of the defective item.
  2. We will provide a prepaid return label based on the information you provide.
  3. Print and fill out the Return Form with the reason: Defective Item (reason code 6).
  4. Return the package.

Upon receiving your package, we will send you a new product.
